SAP Intern (Short Term 6 Months)

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy SAP Intern to join our Enterprise Systems team for a 6-month intensive internship program. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. You will work alongside experienced SAP functional and technical consultants to support ongoing implementation, system maintenance, testing, and documentation tasks across various SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, ABAP, or Basis).

System Support & Maintenance: Assist in day-to-day troubleshooting, user support, and configuration changes under the guidance of senior SAP consultants.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP enhancements, patches, and rollouts. Document test scripts and results.

Data Management: Assist with data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, and uploading master/transactional data using LSMW, LTMC, or standard SAP templates.

Documentation: Create and update functional specifications, training manuals, process flows, and system documentation.

Reporting: Assist in developing and modifying custom reports, dashboards, and queries using SAP tools (e.g., SAP GUI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or ABAP queries).

Project Assistance: Provide administrative and technical support for ongoing SAP project initiatives, upgrades, or optimization efforts.

Skills and requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of relational databases or programming logic is a plus.

Qualification

Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
