Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our dynamic SAP team as Associate SAP Consultants/Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong academic background and a keen interest in SAP technology to kickstart their career in a fast-growing field. As an SAP Fresher, you will undergo comprehensive training and work alongside experienced consultants on real-world SAP projects. You will be involved in various aspects of the SAP implementation lifecycle, contributing to the successful delivery of solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Undergo structured training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of specific SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR, etc.) and SAP methodologies.
- Assist senior consultants in gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP functional specifications.
- Participate in the configuration and customization of SAP systems under guidance.
- Contribute to the development of test scenarios and assist in testing SAP functionalities.
- Support the creation of user documentation and training materials.
- Provide basic end-user support and troubleshoot issues under supervision.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, etc.), Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a good understanding of core business processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
