Hiring Mechanical Engineers (Freshers – 2 Y) in Pune, India | SAP MM, SD, SCM, WM & TM
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SAP Fresher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions across various modules. You will work closely with senior consultants, learning best practices and contributing to successful project implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development:
- Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training programs covering various SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP).
- Actively engage in classroom training sessions, workshops, and certifications.
- Develop a strong understanding of SAP business processes and best practices.
- Project Support:
- Assist senior consultants in all phases of SAP projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live support.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports as required.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations (with guidance from senior team members).
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Research & Analysis:
- Research and analyze SAP documentation, industry best practices, and new technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP releases and industry trends.
- Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients.
- Build strong relationships with team members and clients.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in an IT-related role (preferred but not required).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Certifications: SAP certifications (preferred but not required).
